About My Collection of Prophecies: Behold, I Seek My Own

They are timely messages I received from the heart of the Lord “Who is seeking His own”. They deal with issues which are of crucial importance in His sight. Some messages are predictive in nature, for the Lord has the ability to show His children things which are yet to come (Revelation 1:1). Other messages bring to light problems within the Body of Christ which can, sadly, be whitewashed or swept under the rug instead of faced. God is a Gentleman, ever loving and patient toward His own. But He is using me to say things which have needed to be said for a long time. He has refused to let me water down the sterner messages. Time is short, and God doesn’t mince words.

Some topics are even presented in story fashion, as the Lord leads. It is neither unjust nor unloving for our Heavenly Father to steer His children away from error or exhort them to a higher way of life. He is our Good Shepherd. He, above all other shepherds, is faithful and vigilant over His own flock. Furthermore, He has let Me know that He does not want me to hold back anything he has given me to share with my brothers and sisters in Christ. To the best of my ability I have recorded the words of wisdom and spiritual lessons He has shared with me.

Some prophecies shine light on true incidents to serve as object lessons for the instruction of many. This is scriptural, as I Corinthians 10:11 shows. I felt led to use symbolic names for the various character types addressed by the messages. The Lord wants to vanquish problems, not people.

I pray that the wisdom of the Lord will touch your own heart just as it has mine, and that you will be inspired to believe that with God, nothing shall be impossible (Luke 1:37) .

About My Novel:
TOUGH LOVE IN CHRIST’S MILLENNIUM
Book I
Saul Savage’s Race Toward Divine Judgment

This is a story of “tough love” as it will be practiced during the Millennial (1000-year) Reign of Jesus Christ on earth.

This teaching novel is very straightforward. None of God’s revealed truths have been watered down. My aim in writing this tale was not political correctness, but obedience to my Father’s will. I wrote it not to portray a false god who lowers his standards of holiness to keep abreast of current trends, but to serve notice on a sin-sick, holiness-hating world that it is about to come under new Management Who will not tolerate sin and rebellion.

People are readily attracted to Jesus’ attributes of gentleness, meekness, compassion, and long forbearance with evil-doers. For many centuries He has exercised great restraint toward them as He has patiently waited for the fruits of the Gospel of Salvation to mature, and for lost souls to be brought into the Kingdom (James 5:7). Also, He has commanded His followers to exercise gentleness toward the wicked. In Matthew 5:45, Jesus points out that God sends rain on both the righteous and unrighteous.

But during the 1000-year Kingdom Age, God will not send refreshing rain upon disobedient nations (Zechariah 14:18-19). God is the Judge of all the earth (Genesis 18:25; Psalms 58:11). In order for a Holy God to uphold the integrity of His perfect justice, retribution must come upon sinners who reject His free Gift of salvation (II Thessalonians 1:7-9; John 3:18 and II Peter 3:7).

There is, of necessity, a tough side to Jesus’ love. If He did not exclude unrepentant sinners from heaven, then it would cease to be a holy Paradise for the redeemed saints who inhabit it. In like manner, He will not allow evil to run rampant during His Reign on earth. In order for peace, righteousness and happiness to flourish in the coming Paradise Earth, sin will have to be under much greater restraint than it is today.

In great power and glory He is coming again as Victor over Satan, to vanquish the foes of righteousness and to reign over this earth for 1000 years (Revelation 6:2; and 11:17). Christ will forcibly put an end to man’s inhumanity toward man, and all wars will cease (Isaiah 2:4; Micah 4:3). His Reign will be a Rule of love. Real love is not the soft, flabby indulgence so popular today. It requires firmness, integrity, and the courage to walk in God’s ways. Christ and His resurrected co-rulers will have an iron resolve to enforce God’s righteous Rule upon this planet, which is currently inundated in wickedness (I John 5:19).

I believe that saints of all the ages will participate in the Reign of Christ Jesus. King David will reign over all Israel, directly under Christ the King (Hosea 3:5; Jeremiah 30:9). The twelve apostles will rule over one tribe each (Matthew 19:28). All overcomers shall reign (Revelation 2:26-27). I firmly believe there will be a hierarchy of rulers of different ranks.

Indeed, the glorified, resurrected saints shall rule over and judge the mortals who will populate the earth during the 1000-year Kingdom Age when Christ reigns as King of Kings (Revelation 5:10; and 20:6). Whoever rules with Christ shall possess the traits of wisdom, kindness, patience, diligence, and faithfulness. Having had these elements of godly character cultivated in them during their own mortal lifetimes, they will be well-qualified to reign with their Redeemer.

In spite of the physical Presence of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth, the confinement of Satan to the Bottomless Pit, an ideal environment, and great longevity, mortal humans will retain their Adamic sin nature until they, too, are changed to immortality (I Corinthians 15:53). Like Christians of today, they will have to strive to overcome the lusts of the flesh (Romans 13:14; I John 2:16).

Even though they will have to contend with the sin nature inherited from Adam, those mortals of the Kingdom Age will not have to struggle with the other two primary sources of conflict which present-day Christians must war against; namely, the malevolent resistance of a corrupt world system and the devil.
Now the world is a grossly wicked place filled with wars, crimes, and demonic perversions. During the benevolent Reign of Christ, the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord (Habakkuk 2:14).

As for the devil, he and his demons will be confined in God’s holding pen until the end of the 1000-year Reign (Revelation 20:1-3). They will not be present to hinder God’s redemptive work in mortals. So I firmly believe that repentance for sin will come much more readily than it does today, except in the case of hopelessly hardened hearts (Hebrews 3:7-19).

Even during the Millennium, people will have to choose to yield to the Spirit of God. Sometimes He must strive with a man for a long time before there is surrender to His will.

There will be cases of unrepentant sinners being executed for rebellion during the Millennium (Isaiah 11:4b). Often God will allow a situation to run its course until the matter comes to a head, as in the case of the rebellion of Gog and Magog at the conclusion of the Millennium (Revelation 20:7-9).

Lord Stephen, Governor Lucas, and Prince Daniel are more deeply involved with the welfare of their subjects than officials of this present age can be. They are shepherds of their people’s souls, as the resurrected King David will be to his own flock of mortal subjects, according to Ezekiel 34:23-24. Often a shepherd must take his rod and discipline an unruly, disruptive sheep, lest the disorder spread to the entire flock. Psalms 149:5-9 makes it clear that the saints who rule under Christ will have the authority to visit punishments upon law-breakers.

The Millennial Reign of Christ is a time of sublime bliss for mortals who keep faith with their God. Christ’s co-rulers delight to serve their Great Sovereign. They impart His perfect Love to His imperfect mortal sheep.

Saul Savage presents a real challenge for his rulers. He is a rebellious believer who isn’t totally keen on having the Lord run his life. He questions authority. He’s even ambivalent about his priesthood over his own home. Saul’s children hardly benefit from his spiritual example. His sins are wreaking havoc in the lives of other wayward people.

About My Novel:
TOUGH LOVE IN CHRIST’S MILLENNIUM
Book II
A Panorama of Judgment

Saul Savage has had to learn the hard way that God’s love and patience are not to be taken for granted. He lives in a world drastically different from the one most of his ancestors knew. It is a glorious Paradise Earth presided over by the Lord Jesus Christ and His resurrected saints. Earth’s immortal rulers are loving, but firm. They are kind and compassionate, but just in all their dealings toward their mortal subjects. This is the continuing story of Saul’s explosive encounter with “tough love” as it will be practiced during the Millennial [thousand-year] Reign of Christ.

I present a portrayal of the relentless warfare waged by fallen human nature against the loving nature of Christ, Who was obedient to His Father’s will even to the death of the Cross. Throughout the history of man, the World, the Flesh (man’s fallen nature), and the Devil have been the key sources of sin and the ruination of this planet.

During the Millennial Reign of Christ, the earth will be under His direct (and very firm) rule. Today the core ideology of the world is one of self-gratification and rejection of moral absolutes. People of all ages are pressured to conform to the insidious propaganda put out by those who profiteer from wickedness. Tomorrow God’s Word will prevail in this world, and righteousness will fill the earth (Habakkuk 2:14).

People will literally beg to be taught of God’s ways (Micah 4:1-2; Zechariah 8: 20-23). How vastly different from today! I believe the difference lies in the fact that Satan, the one who blinds men to the Truth, will be confined to the Bottomless Pit throughout the Millennial Reign of Christ. Today the devil blinds sinners to the glorious Light of the Gospel of Christ ( II Corinthians 4:3-4). Notice ,Satan is called the god of this world! He is the one who fouls its present atmosphere. There will be guideposts of glory all along God’s Way of Holiness, and even simple-hearted folks who truly love Him won’t lose their way ( Isaiah 35:8).

Evidently, the fallen nature of man will present the last great challenge to personal holiness. One great pitfall of this nature is the Pride of Life (I John 2:16). Satan was cast out of heaven because he nurtured ungodly pride in his heart and didn’t want to take orders from God anymore (Isaiah 14:12-14).

I truly believe insurrection will be a major source of the sin which occurs during Christ’s Reign. Sin will occasionally happen, even in a Paradise Earth, as Isaiah 11:4b indicates. A few will deliberately choose to emulate the devil’s evil example. And even after 1000 years of Paradise on earth, a vast sea of people will still gather to wage a war of insurrection against Christ (Revelation 20:7-10).

Even after Saul’s initial repentance, he still struggles with his rebellious fallen nature. His family doesn’t lend him much encouragement in his quest for spiritual recovery. Saul must pay a bitter price for his earlier sinful neglect of his God-given priesthood over his own home.

Saul, self-willed and volatile, is likely to try Prince Daniel’s patience, even as the faithful saint labors tirelessly to pluck his sick, severely backslidden soul from the fire (James 5:19-20; I John 5:16).

Why I Wrote:
THE YELLOW JACKETS

Bullies Hell-Bent on Hate

Novels and short stories might be fictional, but they can paint powerful portraits of real life problems which demand solutions. The characters in The Yellow Jackets are made up, but unfortunately the character types they represent really do walk the corridors of the world’s high schools, committing the same kind of crimes depicted in this mini-novel.

Name-calling and teasing, if unchecked, can escalate by degrees into much dirtier digs, then into physical aggression. Occasionally it culminates in a tragic end: terminal bullying; so called, because it ends in the death of the victim, either through direct violence or suicide. In either case, the bullies responsible are guilty of murder in the sight of God. If they remain unconverted and unrepentant, such sinners will one day stand before Him as their Judge and be sentenced to eternal punishment.

In this story I expose the malignant spirit behind bullying, a spirit which poisons the soul of aggressors and victims alike with degradation and death. The rottenness and ruin of the bully’s heart are exposed. A clear parallel is drawn between a bully’s nature and the nature of the devil he serves; a devil whose ministry is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10).

Most importantly, you get a glimpse of God's Light stubbornly shining in the midst of gross darkness.

FOREWORD TO
BULLYING: A SPIRITUAL BATTLE
Putting on the Whole Armor of God
(This work to be completed soon)

I’ve walked with God long enough to discover that there are seldom snap solutions to deeply-entrenched problems. God’s remedies are not like instant oatmeal. But they always work.

This book is full of Scripture references. Scripture given life by the Spirit of God is the best medicine for the wounded soul. We are told in Proverbs 4:22 that God’s Word imparts life and health even to the body of those one who receives it in faith. So please meditate upon these Scriptures at your leisure to derive maximum benefit from my message. All quotations are taken from the King James Version of the Bible. This is my version of choice, because I believe it more accurately portrays the true intent of the ancient writers, and has not been biased by today’s popular “political correctness”. A few archaic words have been paraphrased for the benefit of those unused to this version. I have spent years in intensive study of the Word of God, assisted by the ever-present Holy Spirit. He has given me a strong desire to learn more about the fathomless Love of God.

Most of you would not be reading this book now if you were not being affected by bullying, either directly or indirectly. My heart goes out to you. I’ve been there.
There has been much publicity about bullying here in the United Kingdom. I experienced it where I grew up in America. Hatred knows no national boundaries. At present, the whole world lies in wickedness (I John 5:19).

What is a bully? I believe he is a self-destructive sinner utterly incapable of genuine love. He projects himself as the god of his own turf, but harbors subconscious insecurities about himself; thus feeling the need to degrade others in order to avoid sinking to the lowest caste of his peer group.

Ironically, I was spurred on to seek God’s answers by the very one who had incited bullies to harass me: none other than the devil himself. He kept on dredging up memories of all those cruel bullies, just to torment me. Finally I said, “I’ve had enough! Lord, make all this backfire on satan. Make him wish he’d never gone out of his way to make an enemy out of me.” Then the Lord showed me it was time to tell my story, and to share all the secrets of victory I’ve learned as a Christian survivor of bullying.

I’ve always said, “The Lord gives the devil just enough rope to hang himself with.”
I am a spiritual warrior. Where it concerns fighting the devil and his evil works, I’ve taken off my gloves. My words are not always “nice”, but they are true, and they are necessary. Even bullies need to be reached with the Love of God, but sometimes love must be firm. Jonathan Edwards, an early American fire-and-brimstone preacher, saved more souls by scaring them into heaven with God’s unspin-doctored truth than he could have saved by following the politically correct route: gift-wrapping the Gospel in syrupy, no-strings-attached “love” and watering down God’s warning of eternal damnation upon unrepentant sinners.

This book is very comprehensive. It details the devastating spiritual and emotional damage I suffered from bullying, which was aggravated by observing the lives of hypocritical nominal churchgoers. I expose the heart of the typical bully, and his motives for wanting to hurt you. Most importantly, I reveal how to secure God’s help, place yourself under His continual protection, and remain there. If only I’d had access to these precious truths back in the 60’s, I could have lived under the shelter of the Almighty (Psalms 91:1) rather than under the dark cloud of demonic oppression.

May you truly encounter God as you read this book. God bless you.

Why I Wrote My Online Story:
The Hallelujah Network

I’m a serious sort, but I also have a keen sense of humor. I find that God can even use humor to drive home a point, as when Christ compares a hypocritical attitude to “straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel”.

What a miracle that would be, if only a religious charlatan could ever own up to the error of his ways and be truthful with himself and with his flock for a change.

There are cases where a minister knows he’s on shaky ground, misapplying Scripture to manipulate people for his own gain. This story deals with one misapplication of Scripture in particular...enforcing monetary tithing in churches, and preaching in on religious television. Granted, lots of preachers have no idea they’re wrong about this and are sincerely wrong. But others continue to lie to themselves and to their flock, because telling the truth would prove too costly!

Brother Bill Blessing wants to take the truth out from beneath the bushel basket and make amends while he’s still alive to do it. And, believe me, when he brings out those bushel baskets, he lets the cat out of the bag about true tithing...and the calf out of the stall...and the hen out of the cage....
Enjoy!

Why I Did My (Exhaustive! ) Bible Study:
$ET GOD’S PEOPLE FREE
From the Tyranny of Tithing and the Curse of Corban

In Jeremiah 20:9 the prophet says: “His Word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay (hold it in). I simply cannot hide precious truth under a bushel basket, but want as many as possible to benefit from it.

God is setting His people free from the oppressive, false doctrine of mandatory tithing because he has heard their groaning by reason of their taskmasters (Exodus 3:7). It grieves God to see believers wrestling with guilt Sunday after Sunday whenever the offering plate is passed around. He hates to hear the sighing which goes on as people dig deep into their pockets and purses to pay what amounts to a 10% tax on their own salvation.

And why would a man earning $300 a week beef about paying $30 in tithes? Because he knows he is being manipulated by a feeling of guilt if he doesn’t! Sometimes this religious tax is even levied on gross (before-taxes income) which can amount to as much as one-seventh or more of net (take-home) pay. It can work a huge hardship on struggling families. Instead of paying for new shoes or braces for their youngsters, they are told they must pay up or suffer the consequences.

“God loveth a cheerful giver. And “let us give, not of necessity, (or feeling compelled) but cheerfully.”

Emotional response aside, mandatory tithing, unlike freewill offerings, is compulsory! It is a bill, just like any other. You might try to act cheerful, but God knows the truth. You might just as well be paying the I.R.S. man!

In this study I answer some crucial questions: Was mandatory tithing on money ever commanded by Scripture in the first place? If not, then what were tithable commodities, and who was commanded to pay them? What was the purpose of the Biblical tithe? Who benefited from the tithe? Did Paul, Apostle to the Gentiles, ever command his followers to tithe? Was Jesus’ ministry supported by monetary tithes when He walked the earth? Did He ever institute a mandatory tithing law for the church?

About My Online Prophecy:
God Cautions Against Pastoral Bullying

Some shepherds use their “rod and their staff” exclusively to beat their sheep over the head with at every opportunity, rather than ministering comfort to them. Their position in life gives them a heady sense of power. Preachers who are out of touch with how ordinary parishioners must live are in danger of a false sense of superiority and the pitfalls of prideful arrogance.

I am familiar with this character type. The Lord is grieved that so many sheep are making an exodus from church because they feel their dignity is being trampled upon by pulpit abusers. In this timely message the Lord warns such a one of the dangers of a hard, dictatorial heart.

About My Online Story:
Greedy, Ah Wanna See Yew!

Here is a true story so unbelievable I’d swear it was raw fiction if I hadn’t known this guy so well, or known those who were on the receiving end of his peculiar brand of religion. And, believe me, his head was full of fancy theology! In this story you find out if his walk matches his talk. I airbrush those poignant old memories with a little humor, but I do hope Duncan’s gone back to school for a refresher course in Love 101!
